Jadalie's fat lip

The other night, as Jadalie was getting ready for bed, she ran up to David who was on the couch and as she tried to hug him she smacked her face on his head. She started screaming and I grabbed her and she did the whole -cry so hard we don't breathe thing- so I had to blow in her face. Then the blood started to flow. Don't ya just love head and mouth injuries!!!! I remember the first time she smacked her face on the frame of Faith's bed. I called Jem in a panic cuz of all the blood!!! So, anyway, she managed to put her teeth through her lip again. I think she is going to be a bit like Faith so I had better get used to it. Not too long ago she was spinning around and hit the edge of the table and now has a cute little scar on her bottom lip. That one bled FOREVER! I tried to get some good pictures, but none of them show how swollen it really was. Of all the times she has given herself fat lips this was the only one that was still swollen the next day.

Family resemblance

Jem wanted me to put up some family pictures to show how much Nani looks like the Marchant side. No denying that!!!! She wanted the one in the jumper a few posts ago, but I tried to find one where she was looking to the side like the others. So, here ya go sis! ( I want to take a poll on who she looks the most like so everyone let me know!!!!)

Mom's new ride

My mom's car got smashed by a drunk peeling out around the corner. He lost control and BAM! It knocked her car 12 feet into her yard!!!!

All of the crap was well worth it....check out the replacement!!!!!!!

I really thought I would do better about the funny things Jadalie says as her speech improves! We were watching t.v. and a car commercial came on that had good music that caught her attention. She kept saying what is that, since you can't tell what is being advertised anymore. I told her it was a car and she very sternly and in some what of a condesending tone says, "No mama, that's a bye-bye" like I was the dumbest person alive. It was cute even if she has a sassy little mouth:)
