Mormon funny

Jessica just emailed this to me and I thought it was really funny...and true:)

Articles of Faith of Mormon Culture

1. We believe in SUVs and minivans, as the form of transportation, and inknee length shorts, which are always nice, and in the multilevel marketing.

2. We believe that church ball players should be punished for their ownfouls, and not for unsportsmanlike aggression.

3. We believe that through bread crumbs, cheese, creamy soups, and rice allcasseroles can be saved through obedience to ward cookbooks and creativityin the mixing bowl.

4. We believe that the first layers and ingredients of the Dip are: first, beans; second, cheese; third, chopped tomatoes; fourth, the gift of sourcream; fifth, olives; sixth, salsa; seventh, guacamole, that is, if you haveit.

5. We believe that a Mormon should have a distinguished or a cute name, thatit is appropriate to name a child after a church leader or a historicalfigure including an ancestor, that alternative spellings and French prefixesonly add to a name, and that when referring to the names of GeneralAuthorities, middle initials should be a part thereof.

6. We believe in the same wall decor that exists in many Mormon homes, namely, framed family proclamations, vinyl lettering, inspirational wordsigns, family photos, pictures of temples and Jesus, and so forth.

7. We believe in the gift of the re-gift, church books, crafts, familyphotos, baked goods, emergency supply kits, and so forth.

8. We believe in sparkling grape juice so long as it is nonalcoholic; wealso believe in bringing root beer and sprite to ward parties.

9. We believe in all that we have scrapbooked, all that we will nowscrapbook, and we believe that we will yet scrapbook many great andimportant things pertaining to our family, friends, pets, and vacations.

10. We believe in the literal mixing of ketchup and mayo and in the generousapplication of ranch dressing; that CBAs (church-based acronyms) will beused to describe YM/YW, PEC, the Y, NCMO, and CTR; that Mitt Romney will getMormons to vote for him any time he runs; and, that the Mormons will enjoyreading Twilight and The Work and the Glory.

11. We claim the privilege of trying to identify common acquaintances withany visitor at church, and allow all other people at church the sameprivilege, and let them name drop the names of Famous and generalauthorities how, where, or what they may.

12. We believe in being subject to scoutmasters, pampered chef hostesses, and the writers of the U.S. News and World Report Rankings for professionalschools, and in obeying, honoring, and sustaining Glenn Beck.

13. We believe in being above average, good at crafts, optimistic, and beingfifteen minutes late everywhere we go. Indeed, we may say that we follow BYUfootball. We believe rumors about famous people joining the church, we hopeto meet the three Nephites, we have endured many pyramid schemes, and hopeto be able to endure all pyramid schemes. If there is anything cheap, free, sold in bulk, or given away when somebody is moving, we seek after thesethings.

Jadalie says

We had the Rusch family over for dinner and while we were eating I heard a pop hit the floor in the dining room. Rylee beat me under the table and prevented anymore pop from pouring out so I went for a towel. When I climbed back under the table Jadalie was under there sitting in the splattered spray from the pop. I said. "What are you doing?!? Get out of the pop!'' to which my sweet little girl replied, "I am hidin' under the table so you don't spank me." Talk about make me feel like crap!!!! Geez.

We have been busy busy busy with nothing really to show for it!!! Jadalie LOVES "dancin class" and wants to go every time we drive past. Annalyn is getting teeth like crazy but so far only one front one on top is actually out. 18 months old and one front tooth?!?!?! Well she does have 3 on the bottom and some molars but geez...my weirdo kids and their teeth!!! Jadalie didn't have any until she was 13 months old. Gummy 1st birthday smiles:) Anyway, here are some pics of my beauties.
Jadalie on her first day of dance with her freshly broken arm;)

This was a few months ago but I LOVE it. She thought she was pretty cool when she jacked Jadalie's necarine. Which is "like a peach" according to my Smartypants Jadalie.

This is the weirdest picture ever!!!! This is Jadalie. I took it with my phone but she looks sooooooo skinny and not at all like her! Crazy and a lil spooky when I first saw it.

Been a while

So I finally have the internet back at my house WHOOOO HOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so very excited!! I have tv as well. I don't even know what to do with my self:) Anyway, quick run down before I head of to dreamland.... Jadalie broke her arm, Nani cracked her head and split her ear open, and I learned to can tomatoes all in the last 7 days. I live for excitement;)

hmm

So not having the internet really sucks when it comes to blogging. Quick run down.... Annalyn popped out a new tooth on the bottom, Jadalie starts dance next week which she is SOOOOOOOOO excited for, and I canned for the first time ever today.

Few Jadalie says/Nani news

Should start with Annalyn probably. She has two new teeth!!! She cut some top molars! She has her two front bottom teeth and that's it. Weirdo kids I have;) Someday she will get her other front teeth.

And now for Jadalie.
The other night she snatched my phone and when I grabbed it from her she yelled at me!! "No, I just need to text. I textin' my dad!''
Snotty lil cuss:)

Last night(at about midnight-we stayed up sooooo late) I told her we needed to go to bed. She said it wasn't nigh-night time and I told her it was dark so it was time for bed. She asked Clark to take her out side and turn the sun on. Sooo cute!!!

Earlier that evening we were talking and she told me that girls are princesses and I said that boys are princes and she said NO. I tried to explain it to her but thats was futile. She said girls wear princess dresses to church and boys wear "tides". She does always have to have a "princess'' dress on to go to church. It HAS to flare out when she spins or it isn't a "princess'' dress and she cries the WHOLE time at church. Makes for a long three hours even if I do
get to ditch her in nursery!!!

Going for it.

So I have decided I am not going to wait until my divorce is final to start dating because seriously....I have NO idea when I am going to be able to get the money together to have everything done that it takes to even file the papers. He is supposed to be paying for all of that but he isn't even able to give me any money to take care of my girls at this point. EVERYONE had been telling me it is ok to start putting myself out there. They think it will help me to come to terms with what is happening and accept the changes in my life. They also think it will help me to let go if I realize that he isn't the only one out there. I keep getting told that there is not anything wrong with getting to know people and there really isn't. I will do NOTHING to jeopardise my temple recommend or dishonor my marriage. I meant the vows I made and will be faithful to them until I am lawfully divorced. So if anyone knows any good guys left that wouldn't mind dating a fat chic(who is still legally married at this point) with a couple of small children....hook me up:)

So the Byron carnival was not quite what I expected but hey, it was free and my girls had fun and I got the snow cone I have been wanting oh so badly. I thought there would be rides but there was just cute little kiddie stations. You know, like where you fish over the wall with a string and a clothes pin and get prizes. They did have food which was good. Jessica's and mine were a bit cold but it was still good. Not nearly as good as my snow cone;) Anyway, I tried to take pictures but that was a bit of a fight. My kids would run in different directions if I let them go!! Imagine that. Taylor Jolley and Bree sp? helped and so did Micki's kids Ivy and Lexi. I am so spoiled with all of the people lately helping me with me kids. Like when I mowed the grass Thursday and I was in the back and Jadalie opened the front door letting Annalyn and herself escape and Nani headed straight for the street and my sister's grandma came to get them!!!! Then Jazz and Taylor came and took them while I finished:) Have I mentioned how great Jem's kids are? I don't know what I would have done this week without Linda, Jon, Milisa, Bobby and Jazz!!!! OK so back to Byron..........
Of course this is how Jadalie needed to start the night. She was so excited she started running. We were still in the street. For as hard as she hit(you could hear the smack/thud) it didn't do much damage!

She got quite happy after she got these. She just waved and waved:)

Jadalie and Rylee and the duck pond. Dalen is in the orange in the back and Abby is next to him(Rusch children, Rylee too).

Of course Nani needed to try too!

Didn't like me laying her in the grass. She did like the leis though.

All in all it was a fun hour and some change. That was all I could take!!!

Byron Carnival

So we are about to head off to the huge city of Byron for their free carnival as it is Byron's days this weekend. We don't even know where it is! Oh my gosh I hope it doesn't take too long for us to find it:) Wouldn't want to miss anything! I am pretty excited for the fireworks tomorrow though. I am soooooo glad my kids are to young to know about the parade and all of that stuff. I know we will be going to the Cowley parade next week and all of those fun things. I just think I will enjoy the break from all of those things every weekend for 3 weeks in a row until they get older and want to go to them all. Good thing there are only 3 little towns that do their celebrations in our little area. I will try to take pictures but I kinda suck in that department so no promises!

Wish me luck that I don't go to jail for beating someone else's child/ren should they mess with my kids tonight!!!!!!

Our 4th of July

We had a blast on the 4th, even if our day started at 5:44 in the morning with a whole package of black cats going off right outside my bedroom window(not really but I would have put money on it). So much for my one day to sleep in. Maybe next Saturday....yeah right:) Anyway.... The girls and I went to Cowley to celebrate with Jon, Linda, Milisa, Jazz, and Bobby. We went to Dave Rael's for a yummy dinner and then headed back to Jon and Linda's to set off the fireworks they had. We thought about going to the park to watch Dave's show but we just watched from the park. Even through the trees it was GREAT! Jadalie was sooooooo excited. She danced and sang and sang and sang all night. She was entirely too wound up but oh so cute! Well here are some pictures of our day.

I was getting sick of hearing "Oh Jennie, you look so tired." and "You look like you don't feel very well, are you ok?", so I decided to do my hair and put some makeup on. Hmmm I think they were right:)

Little miss happy face

Both girls loved snaps. Jazz was so patient:)

Bobby popping a snap with his fingers.

I have no idea what she was saying but it sure made a silly picture!

I think Annalyn wanted to eat the snaps.

Goobers

About 2 minutes after this picture she put the bowl on her head and turned her hair white with cheesecake filling. She loved every second of t!!

Jadalie was singing "We are the champions" with her sparklers. Jazz got a silly video of it on her phone but it is too long to send:( Her sparklers went out before it was over so she freaked out and yelled "NO MORE CHAMPIONS!!!"

Fun Fun

The next day David came over to see the girls for a few hours. I can't even tell you how happy Jadalie was. She didn't want to let him go for a second. She was so sad when he left. She told him "I don't want to miss my daddy." :( She also said "I don't want my daddy to stole me." That is what she says instead of leave of left:) Jazz did a good job of distracting her when he actually left. Bobby an Jazz are the greatest kids ever. They have been so AMAZING to my girls. They take them out to jump on the tramp for 2 minutes and then haul them in and then right back out as soon as they want to jump again. They help them play, eat and with just about everything the girls want to do. I could not ask for better family members than the ones I have!!!
Faithers and Jazz

Jadalie doing the thing she loves most in this world....rock-a-bying with her daddy.

All in all our weekend was a good one. Hope yours was too!!!

Yeah!!

This is going to be a wonderful zucchini someday! As you can see I have not weeded my garden in some time. At the end of the day, after working and being with my girls I just don't have the energy to get out there. I have done a little and my sister came over too to help. You can now see my corn:) The weeds are as tall as Jadalie in some places:( I have been able to eat here and there and sleep is coming easier so watch out you pesky weeds, I'm coming to getcha!!! I am going to try and take a few pictures of the girls today in their semi patriotic clothes. I tried:) Anyway, I had better get them in the tub and ready for the day since it's just after noon!!! I hope everyone has a wonderful 4th!!!

Bitter sweet

This might suck for the people reading it so beware. My life is completely upside down right now. I will spare the details even thought David wants them out there so that the truth is known. Bottom line... I am getting a divorce. David wants the truth out because the way he let me know we were over, left people thinking things he denies. (Anyone watch Jon and Kate plus 8??) Yes, David did cheat on me but he swears not to the full extent. He has decided to leave me and his little girls to try things with Carrie again. For those who don't know who she is, that is Faith's mom. No, I didn't see it coming. No, I would have never guessed and no, I do not want this to happen. We were having problems and had agreed to separate so we could work things out without the constant tension but he had already begun their relationship so it was over long before I knew. I DO NOT want anyone to have bad feelings toward him or say anything negative about him. As stupid as it sounds I am still in love with him and it hurts me to hear those things. I think he is making a mistake and he has ruined so many things for me but I will always love him. Yeah, I know....stupid! He is doing a good job about seeing or calling my girls and so far is agreeing to be very fair as far as our debts go.(most of which is in my name) I can only pray that he will continue to do those things as it is in the best interest of our children. Hmm so much for sparing details:) Anyway..........

Now for the sweet part of this bitter post.....drum roll please.....In about 12 hours from now I will be at the Billings Temple receiving my endowments. Jessica will be my escort. I wanted LInda there but I thought it would be fun to surprise her. She just thinks she is going to Billings with me to get away so if you see this as soon as it posts, don't tell!!! I am so confused with everything happening right now it is hard to focus on tomorrow but I am so excited. I have turned around a lot of things in my life for this. Not that I was really all that bad but I have made a lot of progress. I still have suuuuuch a long way to go but I am on the right track. I know this is the right thing to do and I need it right now more than ever. I need to be a strong example for my daughters and that terrifies me. I am so afraid of failing them. I have a strong testimony of the gospel. I know that my savior lives and cares for me. This whole experience raised a lot of questions in my mind but my faith never faltered. In the same breath of asking "why" I knew there was a reason and someday I would know. I keep praying to realize what I am supposed to learn. I have so much support and have been given a lot of advice from people who have been in my shoes. There is something I need to learn and we all knew there would be trials and pain in this life and we all decided to do it because we knew what was waiting for us should we stay worthy. Hmm I think I did a good job of listening to peoples advice(Wendy and Jason):) I can't thank Raichel and Jessica enough for all they have put up with in the last 10 days. There are so many others who are there for me, Milisa, Jon and Linda, My parents, pretty much everyone from both sides of our familes etc., but those two were with me constantly either at work or at my house.(not to detract from the support of the others) I am so grateful to have people in my life who care about me and will be there to get me back on my feet. I know going to the temple tommorrow will bring so much peace into my life right now and I need that more than anything. Please pray for ALL of us that things will work out as smoothly as possible. I am going to need a lot of help from my Heavenly Father during all of this.

I hope this didn't freak anyone out and just remember...I will survive, and I am headed in the right direction:)

Whoops! I forgot.

Sorry!! It has been so long since I have been able to blog I almost forgot that I CAN!! Update- My mom is doing better, she had another heart attack the other day and had to go back and have another stent put in. That makes two stents and a triple bypass now. Hmmm bioninc woman ring a bell? Anyways, she is home again and doing fine. Thanks you for your prayers and concern...I KNOW it helped!!! Not much else has happened in our boring lives. Faith is with us for a few weeks and then she will go back for a bit and then with us again for a while. We sure love having her here. Jadalie is sounding more and more like a "big kid" it's crazy. I ask her if she wants things and she says, "Yeah, sure." like she is 15!! She told me the other day that she is complicated. I have no idea what that meant.....guess she's right:) When she gets sent to her room for crying and throwing a fit, she will come out with a cheesy grin and say, "I'm smilin' and happier!" alll through clenched teeth. Too cute. Annalyn has figured out how to throw a fit. Great! It's still cute. She makes me smile all the time, even when she is naughty. She is the BEST kid to put to bed. You lay her in her crib and it's lights out. That is one of those things you NEVER take for granted and are thankful for each and every night. Hmmm thats about it. I will try to get new posts up at least three times a week from now on, promise!

p.s. There are some blogs I can't get into anymore since I switched my info back to our normal email and all of that. So if you are private and would still like to let me peek into your life....umm well I don't know what it is exactly you do to allow me access......but please do it ha ha!

I will have better updates later but with the surgery and all I'm a bit preoccupied. I look forward to checking all of your blogs out and catching up, it been months now:)

Hiatus

Most people probably know already but David was laid off today so we are shutting off our internet and home phone. We hope it is VERY temporary but who know!!! I know Jess will let me use hers as she has already told me so and there is always the library!!!!
Well, wish is luck and I hope to post sooner rather than later.

Jadalie says...

So we are watching HSM3(imagine that) and Jadalie is dancing and singing and she has a bit of a runny nose and she comes over to me, sucking and sniffling and syas, "ugh, my boogers want out!" It was soooo cute!

P.S. We went to HSM on ice in billings this past weekend and I promise to find the time to post about that later!!!!!!

Off to Weight Watchers....dum dum duuuuum :

Jadalie's Party

Oh my gosh, this kid got A LOT of stuff! It was like Christmas! She is soooo cute. Everytime I would ask her what she got she would say, "Wait a minute, til I get the paper off!" Snot!
Here she is in her HSM cheerleader outfit
And now for the maybe I shouldn't have. These are supposed to be microphone cupcakes to go with the semi-HSM theme we were trying. Yea, it didn't work so well. I didn't go all out and get plates and all of that due to financial woes but it was kinda supposed to be like that. We put the movie on at the end and let her dance around with her pom-poms.

I started with normal cupcakes first as that is how I thought they were made. Good thing I had mini pans!!!! So this is what I did with the big ones. Not all that creative but hey, she's 3. I had better start stepping it up!!!!
So, I just now realized that looks like she is not #1 or 2 , but 3.....not 3 years old ha ha ha ha:)

Jadalie is 3!!!

Here I am at 11:30 at night finally getting around to posting that my big girl turned 3 today. In my defense, her party isn't until tomorrow. I just barely finished getting her cupcakes all done. I got off work at 6 and then we went to guess where.....China Town!!! I knew no one could have guessed:) My Wicks parents met us there and ate with us as they won't be able to make it to the party due to work. Then we did a lil shopping for party stuff and headed home. I should be sleeping right now but I felt guilty not posting about lil miss LeeLee and her special day, even if it is almost over:( Stay tuned for the sequel to "Sometimes you shouldn't"

Ever wonder if you shouldn't have?

The title says it all. I was tired of ALWAYS having to put Nani's hair up in a pony or clips so I thought I would just cut the "bangs". It is actually the hair from the top, back part of her head that grows forward into her eyes. I thought if I just cut that it would be fine. The sides look so weird now. She has these....wing things that flip out and with the other "polished" hair in the front it looks a bit odd. These are fuzzy pictures from my phone but it gives the general idea. You can't really see it but her hair goes all the way to the tip of her nose. It is a little snarled in the picture so it is clumped up at the bottom.
Before

After

I don't know.... what do you think? (that means anyone reading this, wether you know me or not!)

Warning: Turn down volume!!! :)

I got a little tooooo excited about Annalyn and I got really loud so consider yourself warned! Nani has been taking one or two steps lately with the help of bribery of course. We were trying to get just those couple little steps and she gave us way more than we were expecting. Like I said I got excited:)

And now we can get her to over and over again. Guess all she needed was to know that she could do it. Oh, the messes she is going to make;)

Weight Watchers

So I went to my second Weight Watchers meeting tonight, ya know, the one where you see if you have made any progress. I was a little nervous. I have been tracking very well and making good choices and only cheated today with birthday cake we had for one of the electricians doing the remodel at the store. Boy did I bomb on that. It was soooo good! Anyway, at the weigh in I weighed exactly 2 pounds less. I lost 2 whole pounds. There is like a package of hamburger less on my body!!! I am so excited!!! I really like that I lost what is recommended. I sure would have liked to hear 5 or so but then I would have been sad the next time if it was only 1 or 2. I am even ok if I stay the same here and there but no more of this gaining crap!!! Tithing, Weight Watchers, I am on my way to a better me! Look out temple here I come!(hopefully soon anyway)

Sorry if that sounds like a "Whoo hoo for me, I am awesome!!!" post. I am just happy... and a bit lighter;)

My great week!

This past week was great!!! Tuesday was my birthday so we started the celebrating on Sunday. I hate the way that just sounded, like whoo hoo it's all about me. Anyway, Linda made a wonderful turkey dinner. Yummy stuffing, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes, need I go on? It was soooooo good. Milisa gave me the most perfectly colored digital camera!! It is the same color as my phone. I need to get a card for it and then the picture taking is on!!! I got a gift card to Pamida from Jon and Linda, yea David can't steal it from me!!!!j/k On Monday I made homemade chicken noodle soup over mashed potatoes. Mmmm. We had the Marchants, the Shanors including Emily, and Milisa over. I thought it would be a good idea to try and cut the tip of my thumb off:) It didn't hurt except for the initial cut but I almost passed out twice. How stupid is that. Once on the couch(well on the way I guess) and then in the kitchen when Jon was looking at it. DUMB!! It barely bled because I smashed the "flap" back down as soon as I did it so it wasn't the sight of my own blood or pain so who knows!!! Jon said it needed stitches so maybe it was the thought of needles being poked in for anesthetic and then the suture part. It hurts now more than then because I can not stop bumping it or snagging it and opening it again. Oh well, it will heal.(with out the stitches, since no way in heck was I going, I am a weeny sp?) My parents(Shanors) got me two flash lights, one of which is a crank one so no batteries!, and one of those oil things with the sticks coming out that smell good.(I can't for the life of me remember what they are called so if I remember I will come back and erase this:)) So on to Tuesday. David asked his mom to watch the girls and took me to, drum roll please......CHINA TOWN!!! I love that place. We got there at the most perfect time. Everything was fresh and full and delicious! I also got sooo many flowers and balloons from, David, Jess, Carrie, and Teresa. Kristie cooked some yummy things for me and Brandie gave me cookies and milk! On Wednesday Raichel wanted to take me to dinner, just me and her, since my husband took my on my actual birthday. Guess where we went! Haha, that's right. I can not get enough of that place. Oh wait, first I joined Weight Watchers. Guess I blew that right away!! I planned on starting today(Sat) since I had meals all planned out and it was a hectic week but I started yesterday anyway! On Thursday we had meeting in Cody at 2 so we didn't get home from work until 5:30 so McDonalds it was.(See why I wanted to start today) And yesterday I went visiting teaching so I made the chili I had planned on. We had the Rusch family over for that. What a great week. Now starts the weigh losing phase of my life. This year I plan on being 25 and skinny. Scratch that....25 and thin. I think I would look weird if I was skinny;) Like a short P ha ha. Those are the first thing to go away on some women but not me:( They could be a little smaller if I had it my way! Anyway, that huge post is all for now!!!

Another stolen thing from another blog

I found this on another blog and wanted to post it too because it made be laugh. I was born in 84 but I actually did the Cartlon dance(read it and you will get it) today at work. Seriously!!!!! It is recorded on the Maverik cameras!! No number 20 on this one.

1. You've ever ended a sentence with the word "PSYCH!".
2. You can sing the rap to the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and can do the Carlton dance
3. You know that "WOAH" comes from Joey on Blossom
4. If you ever watched "Fraggle Rock"
5. It was actually worth getting up early on a Saturday to watch cartoons.
6. You wore a ponytail on the side of your head.

13. You ever wore fluorescent clothing. (some of us...head-to-toe)
14. You can remember what Michael Jackson looked like before his nose fell off and his cheeks shifted.
15. You have ever pondered why Smurfette was the only female smurf.
16. You took lunch boxes to school...and traded Garbage Pailkids in the schoolyard.
17. You remember the CRAZE, then the BANNING of slap bracelets.
18. You still get the urge to say "NOT" after every sentence.
19. You thought your childhood friends would never leave because you exchanged handmade friendship bracelets.
21. You ever owned a pair of Jelly-Shoes.

29. You remember Alf, the lil furry brown alien from Melmac.
30. You remember New Kids on the Block when they were cool...and don't even flinch when people refer to them as "NKOTB"
31. You knew all the characters names and their life stories on "Saved By The Bell," The ORIGINAL class.
32. You know all the words to Bon Jovi - SHOT THROUGH THE HEART.
33. You just sang those words to yourself.
34. You still sing "We are the World"
35. You tight rolled your jeans.
36. You owned a banana clip.
37. You remember "Where's the Beef?"
38. You used to (and probably still do) say "What you talkin' 'bout Willis?"
39. You're still singing shot through the heart in your head, aren't you

Too funny!!!!

Faith's turn

Little miss Faith turned 8 yesterday. We don't get to celebrate until this weekend but, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! It is hard for me to remember that she was a few months younger than Jadalie is when I first met her. She was so quiet, yet so devious. ALL that know her knows she has a wild naughty streak that defies all reason. She can be so sweet all at the same time. She loves her sisters and they love her. All of them.(She has a couple on her mom's side too.) She loves to brag them up and tell everyone the new things they learned. She likes church and will hopefully choose to be baptized soon, but for now she is a little scared. We are planning a bowling party for her, but no time or anything yet since we never know how the weather is going to be and if we can get up the mountain to get her. Any way here are some pics of her that are very cute!

She kinda looks like she is glowing in this one.

This was her first time participating in a primary program.

Covergirl

She is getting so big

This was at her birthday party last year. Chuck E. Cheese baby!! Hmm, why does she look like she just stole someone's tokens?!? :)

This was almost two years ago!!! She had just lost her second tooth. Raichel pulled it out if I remember right. Just reached in and plucked it out. The first one we tied to her tooth, then to the phone, and had her drop the phone off of her top bunk. That was funny to watch!
Well there is Faith's picture post/Happy birthday announcement(even if it was a day late)
We love her and are glad to have in in our lives, she sure makes things interesting!!!!!!!!

Nani's pics

I didn't forget this time!!! Since we lost the card for the camera a long time ago Nani doesn't seem to have as many pictures as Jadalie.(She was my first so she has like 20 a day for the first year) It only holds 19 I think now so I have to get them on the computer ALL THE TIME! Soon enough David said he would buy me a nice one. I might need to hit some people up on how to use it I bet! He said he would get me one for my birthday but I really want a Weight watchers membership thing instead. He said ok but he is still going to get the camera cuz that's not a a fair trade. Maybe if this works I might want to be IN some pictures!! Any way here are some Annalyn pictures I like.

I have a fondness for fuzzy-russians :)

This was the day after she was born I think. I gave her the pacifier even though they advise against it if you are breastfeeding. She had low blood sugar so she needed poked A LOT. every time she got poked she would scream and cry, wasting the little energy she had and dropping her blood sugar.(That is what a nurse told me) I gave it to her cuz sucking of course calms them and she stopped crying almost immediately after being poked as long as it was in her mouth. I think she looks like a hungry little chipmunk :)

One of her first little smiles. She very muchly(I don't think thats a word...it is now!) likes to stick out her tongue.

I loved when she first caught onto the fact that she could go for things she liked. She always has a look of sheer determination. I hope she never loses that!!!

Baby tag

I have seen this on a few other blogs including Kara's and decided to do it, even if there is no number 25:) I should also let you know that David and I have a baby who is with her Heavenly Father waiting for us so there will be three for a while! Of all the things people said to help my through that, Frank Wilkerson made it all ok by telling me that that little baby was so perfect that once she got her body Heavenly Father needed her right back. (We don't know what the sex was actually because it was too early but we just assumed, although we do joke that that was probably our only boy!)

Baby Tag
1- Where were you when you first found out you were pregnant?
#1- Bathroom on Main Street
Jadalie- also bathroom on Main
Annalyn- bathroom on Oregon

2- Who was with you?
#1- Me, David was in the living room
Jadalie- Raichel barged in before my pants were even up!!! She really wanted to know and thought I was going to look first.
Annalyn-Me

3- How did you find out that you were pregnant?
#1 took a hometest the day of my missed period I think
Jadalie- Took 5 tests at home(the first 4 were negative but I new I was)
Annalyn- home test

4- What was your first reaction to finding out you were pregnant?
#1- So excited I couldn't stand it
Jadalie- EXTREMELY UPSET! I was bawling sp? and Rai thought I was just happy but I was freaking out since we had just lost #1 and I new the stats for it happening again since it was so soon.(I even yelled at her a little bit, Sorry sis!)
Annalyn- Happy but a little nervous as we had just bought our house.

5- Your Husbands reaction?
Happy every single time!

6- Who was the first person you told?
#1- David
Jadalie- Raichel and then called David. Funny story insert- I had gone to Cody with Rai and I was going to buy yet another test. I forgot and picked one up at Blair's in Powell. I didn't know how to explain the other check since if it was negative I wasn't going to tell David. He was worried about me thinking I was when the tests said no. I think he thought I was losing it.(I was a bit) So I found something from Walmart that was the same price as my cover-up:) I just threw out the receipt. I know...devious. So anyway, when I called to tell him I took a test he asked me why I kept doing that and I was crying and yelled at him that I was f****** pregnant. He was sooo excited that he told Adrin Mayes right then. I yelled at him for that too. I was too nervous for many people to know. So that just ended on NOT a happy note but it is funny now that everything is fine!!!!!
Annalyn- I kinda think it might have been Jessica but I'm pretty sure it was David(We let Abby(Jessica's oldest daughter) tell everyone else)

7-Did you plan to get pregnant?
#1 Yes
Jadalie- kinda, we were going to wait til January but we had planned #1 and Jadalie came so fast after we lost #1(9 days according to the first ultrasound, so ALWAYS be careful:)) that....well....sorta, I guess
Annalyn- Kinda again, we were trying and one day we went to the bank to see what we could be preapproved for for a house, just kinda checking things out and were suprised by the amount. We checked around on a few houses, mostly just looking and then found the house we wanted and decided to go for it. We also at that time decided to put the baby making on hold until things settled down and the house stufff was squared away. Ha ha too late.

8-Was everybody happy for you?
#1 yep even though I had always said I didn't want kids.(David changed that, Thanks Dave!!!!)
Jadalie- yes
Annalyn- yes

9- Did you go out and celebrate?
#1- Nope
Jadalie-Nope
Annalyn-Kinda, we had a BBQ that day to celebrate moving into our house(That's were we let Abby announce it)

10- Did you want to find out the sex?
#1- had planned on it
Jadalie- Absolutely
Annalyn-You bet

12-Did anyone throw you a baby shower?
Jadalie- Yes
Annalyn- Yes

13- If yes, who?
Jadalie- Arie
Annalyn- Jessica

14- Did you get any outfits at the baby shower that you just knew you weren't going to put on your baby?
not really, that I can remember

15- How much weight did you gain?
Jadalie-30lbs
Annalyn-15 in the end, I was sick so I lost a bunch in the beginning and then gained it back and then the 15

16- Did you loose all of the weight that you gained?
Jadalie- yep in the first week and a half(I found every ounce of it before concieving Nani)
Annalyn-yep even though I started out so much fatter :)

17- Did you get a lot of stretch marks?
Jadalie- Oh my heck yes
Annalyn- I don't think anymore could have fit

18- What did you crave the most?
I didnt have cravings

19- Did you crave anything crazy?
nope

20- Who or what got on your nerves the most?
Jadalie-Horror birth stories, seriously...first time moms are freaked out enough. And the fact that people think pregnant women are all of the sudden handicapped and can do NOTHING. Give me a break.(Don't get me wrong, it is very thoughtful but it was very frustrating for me as someone who tries to be very self reliant)
Annalyn- David :)

21- Were you married at the time?
Yeppers, with all

22- Did you have any complications during your pregnancy?
None besides losing one but I don't know if that qualifies

23- Where were you when you went into labor?
Jadalie- home, I had to go to Maverik and ask Jess and Mary if I really was though cuz I didn't know what to expect ha ha ha!!!
Annalyn- home

24- Did your water break?
Jadalie-nope
Annalyn-yes, luckily I was alredy at the hospital

26- Did you go early or late?
Jadalie- early 8 days
Annalyn- early 3 days

27- Who was in the room with you when you gave birth?
Jadalie- David, Dr. Spomer, Sharae Bischoff(nurse), student nurse I think was all
Annalyn- David, Rai, Dr. Spomer, 2 nurses I didn't know

28- Was it video taped?
No, even though Raichel thought it should be

29- Did you have any drugs for the pain?
Are you kidding me?!? Of course! I was an epidural when I stub my toe!
Jadalie-Spinal that worked for the transition part and then wore off for the delivery
Annalyn- Epidural that I got during the hard, fast transition contractions that lasted beautifully through the whole thing. I was even laughing during the pushing phase.

30-Did you go vaginal or have a c-section?
Jadalie-vaginally
Annalyn-Vaginally

31- What was your first reaction after giving birth?
Jadalie- kinda didn't really feel too real and very much glad it was over
Annalyn- very relaxed since it was, in the end, easier and it wasn't my first ball game

32- How big was the baby(s)?
Jadalie- 7lbs 15 oz
Annalyn- 7lbs 5oz

33- Did your Husband cry?
Probably, he cries at commercials sometimes. He has a heart like his dad.

34- What did you name the baby(s)?
Jadalie Anne Marchant
Annalyn Rai MArchant

35-Did the name have any significance to you?
Jadalie was a mix of a name in a dream(Jalie) and a little girl in town(Jada) and Anne is my, my mother's, and my grandmother's middle names
Annalyn I heard on t.v. and Rai is from my sister Raichel

36-Does the baby's name fit?
Their names don't really have meanings so I guess not, but they sure don't look like Jennies or Davids, well kinda they do ha ha ha. We had their names before they were conceived and born respectively so we could never see them as anything else.

37- Did the baby(s) have any complications?
Jadalie- Perfectly healthy
Annalyn- had low blood sugar and was stabbed repeatedly and she was jaundiced, just barely on the good side of having to be under the lights

38- How old is your baby today?
Jadalie- Will be 3 on the 20th of next month
Annalyn- 9 months and 4 days

40- If you could would you do it all over again?
Nope, ha ha just kidding. Who would ever say no?!?!

No camera, favorite pics of Jadalie

So since my camera is out of commission, I thought I would post some pictures of each kid. I promise to do better with this than I did with the morph thing!!!!
I have really cute ones from when Jadalie was little but they are all on discs and if I got into those I would never find the time to post. So here are some from off of the computer:)

It looks like she is giving the princess wave after a piano recital!

Not too often that we get a good smile from her that gets caught on camera.

Lovin' our "crop" (she doesn't even like them)

Lookin' good

Just plain ol' cute!

Not dealing so well with the new baby:)
She would find a paci, get in, and fake cry

If you enlarge this one you can see how green her eyes used to be.

She was soo little when we bought our house.

This was her, as coined by Abby, "hilly-billy teeth" phase.
She didn't get her first tooth until she was 13 months old. We thought she got her fangs first like I did but it was actually her... next to middle front teeth. I have no idea what they are called. We assumed they were her fangs because of the big gap but she just got HUGE front teeth. Well 1, her other front one didn't come in for a long time hence, Hilly-billy teeth:)

This will be one of my favorties forever. This is Jadalie and Damon Summa when they were 6 or 7 months old. These two have lots of pictures together as Tiffany is one of my closest friends and we seem to get pregnant at the same time, ha ha that sounds naughty;) Her boys were actually due a month after my girls each time. Donavin came 7 weeks early so they didn't come out that way!!! Anyway check out the mohawk Jadalie used to rock, and those chubby cheeks, and roly-poly arms(her legs were that way too)!! Sooooo cute!

Jadalie Says....

So I have been trying to teach Jadalie some, hopefully, not yet necessary, information. She has been learning: her full name, my name, David's name, the town she lives in(she goes to daycare in Byron so who knows, she might need to know!), and most recently, her phone number. I test her through out the day and she is getting really good at the names, or so I thought;) I asked her a little bit ago what her name was. Her response," Jadalie Marchant." Of course it sounds different in Jadalese:) I asked her what her dad's name is and she tells me, "David Marchant." "Annalyn Rai Marchant," was right as well.(No idea why her name always get the middle one included but it does) She has a hard time with Faith, but thats a given for a 2 year old. Sariah Faith Wagner doesn't really follow the same guidelines as the rest of us. So I ask her what my name is and she beams a big old smile and says, "Honey Marchant." Are you kidding me?!?!

My tummy hurts.

Jadalie's new thing lately is saying that her tummy hurts. I often hear "My tummy hurts, I need a nap." She has started having a tummy ache for everything though. "My tummy hurts, I need a blanket." or "My tummy hurts, I need bites." or "My tummy hurts, I need a hug." Other causes for her new found pains include.
"My tummy hurts,...
*I DON'T want bites."
*I need a bath."
*I need apple juice."
*I need "Little Einsteins"
*I need my po-po(purple, which is actually Annalyn's) blanket."
*just because."

It hurts for everything anymore. Maybe she needs a specialist:)

Ha ha as I'm typing she just told me "My tummy hurts." When I asked her why she said, "I need to puke." I asked her why she needed to puke and she told me that she was gonna puke because she needed a blanket!!!!! Wonder what it will be next!

No X-mas pics

So on Christmas I planned on taking a few pics with the camera since I can NOT find the card a few is all we get at a time. Well I remembered to set up the video camera and was too worried about that that I forgot the normal one. I have taken pictures of the girls with a few of their gifts so I thought I would throw some of them on little by little. Yesterday I attempted that. As you can see, no pictures!!!!! Apparently David caught Nani under the computer desk sucking away in the cord. Needless to say, spit and what ever else she had in her mouth have made putting them on here impossible until we get a new one. Anyone who knows how things go in this house, can pretty much tell that there will not be any pictures for a good couple of months:( The girls made out like bandits, and I got a new wedding set as mine, well half of it, is M.I.A.:( My hands got to swollen with Annalyn so I got out of the habit of having it on so I left it on the microwave with another one and the wedding band part and the other one have been accounted for but not the pretty part:( I got David the Iron Gym. Part of both of our new years resolutions is to get in better shape. We all know how mine will go. I have NO will power or self control. Oh well good thing David likes the fatties ha ha I'm the only one he's had:) Anyway, hopefully we will do better on the others: be FULL tithe payers, David wants to make it to Priesthood meeting at least 90 percent of the times he can go, and I want to do better about preparing my lessons sooner than Saturday. There are so many other things we need to work on but I think these ones we can actually attain. Wish us luck as we try to start the new year out right!!!!!
